Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to help our customers by phone, email and live chat. You will answer questions, solve problems and make sure every customer leaves the conversation happy.

What you will do
Respond to customer calls, emails and chat messages in a timely and qualified way
Answer questions about our products, accounts and orders
Resolve complaints and follow up until the issue is closed
Keep accurate notes of every interaction in our CRM
Pass technical or billing issues to the right team
Share customer feedback with the team to help us improve

What we are looking for
High school diploma or equivalent




1 year of customer service experience, call centre or retail is welcome
Explicit spoken and written English
Comfortable using a computer and learning current software
Patient, positive and good at solving problems

What we offer
$19.50 to $22.00 an hour
Monday to Friday, day shift, no weekends
Paid training
