We’re looking for skilled, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Seasonal Cafe Team Members to join our team at The Praguery Cafe for the upcoming Holiday season!

We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals who enjoy interacting with guests, have a passion for great service, and thrive in a busy, fast-paced workplace.

Job Responsibilities:
Interact with guests, providing friendly and efficient service while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Handling dough and baking chimney cakes
Performing opening and closing duties
Taking orders, accepting payments (Cards, Cash, Gift Cards), prepare and serve orders
Maintaining awareness of possible allegiance in our products and informing customers (nut allergy, gluten intolerance, lactose intolerance, etc)
Taking responsibility for balanced cash drawer at the end of service
Maintaining company standards, including personal appearance and hygiene
Performing other duties as instructed by management





Requirements & Qualifications:
Solid customer service and communication skills.
A friendly, positive attitude.
The ability to work efficiently and remain calm in a busy, rapid-paced environment.
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Flexible availability, must be available to work evening shifts until 10 PM, weekends, and holidays. Availability during these times is mandatory for this position.
Previous barista or cafe experience is an asset but not required. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn and willing to work as part of a team.
