Deliver personal care services per established care plans
Document client conditions and report changes promptly
Assist with mobility, grooming, and toileting needs
Follow infection prevention practices diligently
Maintain confidentiality of client information Requirements:
PSW certificate or enrolled in Nursing pathway program
Clinical experience as a PSW within the last 2 years
Current BLS certification and immunization proof
