Well established Dental office in Oakville is seeking an energetic Dental Assistant to join our team to cover a 4 month medical leave.

You are clinically skilled and also bring a professional and comforting demeanor to the workplace. You enjoy what you do and enhance the patient experience. Beyond this, you bring a positive attitude and a solid work ethic. Team work with a doctor and the rest of the team is critical.

Your Role:
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures, ensuring a clean and secure environment
· Assist dentists and hygienists during treatments, maintaining patient comfort and workflow
· Take dental X-rays and digital images as required
· Perform instrument sterilization and infection control following IPAC standards
· Update patient charts and provide education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
· Support scheduling, patient flow,



and administrative tasks
· Collaborate with the dental team to deliver efficient, high-quality care
· Follow all privacy, safety, and regulatory guidelines
Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behaviour

About You:
Registered and/or Certified as a Dental Assistant
Previous dental assisting experience is preferred

Level II is required. Qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.

Pay: $27.00-$29.00 per hour
