Duties
Diagnose appliance malfunctions using electrical and mechanical knowledge, including interpreting schematics and technical manuals
Perform repairs on appliances such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers with precision and efficiency
Conduct routine maintenance of appliances to ensure proper operation
Communicate clearly with customers about repair processes, timelines, and maintenance tips to enhance their experience
Maintain detailed service records, including parts used, repairs performed, and diagnostic findings for each job
Follow safety protocols diligently during all repair procedures to ensure a secure working environment
Qualifications
Proven electrical experience with a solid understanding of wiring diagrams, schematics, and electrical systems
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience repairing household appliances
Familiarity with appliance repair techniques, assembly processes, and troubleshooting methods
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals effectively
Experience with assembly of appliances or related equipment is a plus
