Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and redline various customer agreements
Project manage RFPs and customer onboarding processes
Maintain a central response library and contract templates
Translate signed contracts into operational obligations
Develop a customer requirements register and key date tracking
Requirements:
5–8 years of experience in commercial contracts
Solid drafting and redlining capabilities
Legal clerk or paralegal training preferred
Familiarity with ISO or R2 regulations is a plus
Proven project management skills and multitasking ability
