Brock University seeks a Student Athlete Success Specialist to enhance student-athlete experiences through compliance, academic support, and recruitment management. This role promotes academic success and eligibility for varsity athletes.Reporting to the Associate Director, Sports, the Student Athlete Success Specialist will coordinate essential services that include managing eligibility, compliance, and retention processes. The role works in collaboration with coaches and various stakeholders to ensure student-athletes thrive both academically and athletically.



You will serve as a subject matter expert on regulations and provide guidance on financial awards for student-athletes.Key Responsibilities:Lead eligibility and compliance processes for student-athletesDevelop and maintain administrative practices for athlete supportManage registrations and compliance records for student-athletesSupport academic progress and eligibility monitoringLiaise with various university departments for athlete needsRequirements:Undergraduate degree in related disciplinesValid class G Driver's License and acceptable abstractExperience in post-secondary administration or athleticsKnowledge of OUA and U SPORTS regulationsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsDrive academic and athletic success for student-athletes at Brock University while managing essential compliance and recruitment processes.
