Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat in a qualified and courteous manner - Utilize phone etiquette skills to handle incoming calls and make outbound calls to follow up on leads or sales prospects - Identify customer needs and recommend products or services that best meet their requirements - Upsell additional products or services to increase sales revenue - Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Analyze customer data to identify trends or patterns that can improve sales strategies Qualifications:
