Lead the accounting operations at The Floor Show, where your financial expertise will support growth and compliance. This role involves financial reporting, budgeting, and team leadership in a retail setting. As the Accounting Manager, you will report to the Vice-President and be responsible for overseeing the full accounting function.

Your key tasks will involve month-end closings, cash flow forecasting, and internal controls. With a focus on compliance and accuracy, you will also mentor and develop your team, ensuring smooth financial operations. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts
Develop and implement internal controls and financial practices
Review financial statements for accuracy
Support external audits and tax filings Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
Minimum five years of progressive accounting experience
Robust knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting
CPA designation preferred
