Responsibilities
Prepare and serve breakfast items with enthusiasm, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
Set up breakfast stations, including food displays, utensils, and condiments, to create an appealing environment
Greet guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and provide prompt, friendly service throughout their breakfast experience
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen stations, and food preparation surfaces in compliance with food safety standards
Restock supplies such as beverages, utensils, and food items to ensure smooth service flow
Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms




Follow food handling procedures diligently to uphold safety and hygiene regulations

Experience
Prior food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key
Experience working in restaurants or hotels enhances your ability to deliver excellent guest services
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal presentation is a plus
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures ensures smooth transactions
Robust communication skills are essential for engaging with guests and team members effectively
Previous experience in barista roles or serving positions can be advantageous in this rapid-paced environment
A background in hospitality or hotel operations supports understanding of guest expectations and service excellence
