Your day-to-day:
Respond professionally to incoming calls and build a relationship of trust with customers.




Provide exceptional customer service—the kind that makes people remember you fondly.
Offer the right products and services by understanding the customer's real needs.
Work with your team to achieve goals (and celebrate small successes).
Juggle listening, efficiency, and empathy—a real customer service sport!

What we're looking for:
Fluent French, both spoken and written.
Diplomacy, listening skills, and dynamism, because that's the magic trio of customer service.
Comfort with computer tools (you don't need to code, just click quick).
A secure Internet connection—minimum 30 Mb/s.
Availability Monday through Sunday, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
