We are seeking a talented and passionate Barber to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in hair styling and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barber, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the appearance and confidence of our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to individual client needs.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and the overall salon environment.
Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on styles and products.
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments.
Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.

Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Proficiency in hair styling techniques and knowledge of various hair types.
Experience in upselling services and retail products is highly desirable.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to sanitation standards.
Front desk experience is a plus, including managing appointments and transactions.
Excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and team members.
