As a Tukimut Program Assistant, you will work closely with the Tukimut Coordinator and casual Youth Workers. Your efforts will focus on providing culturally grounded after-school and community activities, while fostering secure and inclusive spaces that promote well-being and engagement among families.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and deliver after-school and camp programming
Assist with daily activities and special cultural events
Create inclusive environments that nurture youth development
Communicate with families to encourage their participation
Maintain administrative tasks and accurate attendance records

Requirements:
Experience working within Inuit or Indigenous communities
Relevant post-secondary education is an asset
Fluency in English essential
Criminal Reference Check and medical certification required
CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to become certified
