PositionSummary
To coordinate, supervise and schedule theactivities of the production employee
Establishmethods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities withother units

Experience
Minimum of three (3) year’s experience ina similar position in the foodindustry
Excellent communicationskills
Demonstrated problemsolving
Leadership
Knowledge ofMicrosoft Office (Word,Excel)

Responsbilities
Ensure production requirements areachieved while meeting quality, yield, efficiency and food /employee safety standards
Effectivelymotivate and direct employees by facilitating/ mentoring continuousimprovement
Review production schedule for manpowerand staffing requirements




Resolve workproblems and recommend measures to improve productivity and productquality
Prepare production reports in an accurateand timely manner
Perform /organize employee job training and team meetings to ensureefficient and safe task performance
Understand andfollow all aspects of the Collective Agreement, and deal withgrievances at the primary stage
Request andcontrol materials andsupplies
