Compensation:Competitive Base Salary + Bonuses + BenefitsProject Type:Commercial Construction / Renovations / RemodelsWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent on behalf of an established general contractor in the Cary/Raleigh area.This is a hands-on field leadership role for someone who knows how to run a commercial jobsite, coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.The ideal candidate comes from a General Contractor setting and is comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day field operations while working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, clients, and other project stakeholders.What You'll DoOversee daily field operations on commercial construction projects from mobilization through closeoutCoordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, and site activitiesDrive the project schedule in the field and ensure subcontractors are meeting milestonesPlan and coordinate upcoming work to maintain proper trade sequencingConduct daily site walks and monitor progress, quality, and safetyIdentify potential schedule conflicts or field issues and work proactively with the Project Manager to resolve themReview drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project documentationCoordinate inspections and ensure work meets project requirements and applicable codesMaintain jobsite safety standards and enforce company safety proceduresCommunicate regularly with Project Managers regarding schedule, manpower, subcontractor performance,
