What we are looking for: The Financing and Treasury Analyst supports the organization’s treasury, liquidity, funding, compliance, and capital markets activities. This role is responsible for financing support, debt and banking administration, market impact reporting, and transactional support with lenders and brokers. The successful candidate will work closely with internal finance teams,



banking partners, law firms, brokers and business stakeholders to help ensure all elements of compliance, debt transactions, due diligence, underwriting and reporting are completed in a manner that fulfills the organization’s long-term leverage strategies. Your responsibilities: Support key aspects of financing transactions, debt administration, covenant tracking, interest calculations, and lender reporting requirements. Conduct financial analysis to support capital structure decisions, refinancing opportunities, and investment of surplus cash. Prepare any necessary reports, dashboards, variance analysis, and presentations for management and other stakeholders. Interest rate, credit, and liquidity risk monitoring, including analysis of market trends and exposures as well as maintaining a current knowledge of bond and mortgage markets.
