We’ve built our reputation on quality workmanship, honest service, and lasting customer relationships. We're looking for a friendly, motivated, and organized Automotive Service Advisor to join our team.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy setting, and takes pride in providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist with their automotive service needs.
Schedule appointments and help coordinate daily shop workflow.
Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the repair process.
Prepare estimates, explain recommended repairs, and obtain customer authorization.
Recommend appropriate maintenance and repair services.
Coordinate parts ordering and prepare repair orders and invoices.
Work collaboratively with our team to ensure an efficient and positive customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills
Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.
Good understanding of automotive maintenance and repair.




Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset.
