At Schaeffler, we are seeking a full time Grinding Operator responsible for setting up and operating machinery, including CNC and manual equipment.
Your role will require problem-solving capabilities, quality inspection, and teaching fellow operators. You will also maintain production data accurately and ensure pristine workspace conditions. Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate various production processes
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Perform inspection using precision measuring tools
Train other operators in processes
Maintain excellent housekeeping standards and 5S Requirements:
High school diploma (Grade 12)
Competency as a Grinding Set Up Operator
Ability to read production prints
Adequate computer skills for access to procedures
