We are seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual Buyer/Expeditor to manage purchase orders, supplier follow-ups, and delivery tracking to ensure timely material availability. Responsibilities include creating and releasing POs, confirming supplier commitments, expediting late orders, updating ERP records, resolving receiving and invoice discrepancies, and supporting RFQs and sourcing activities.
Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency is mandatory.
High school diploma required; a related diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or Business is preferred.
0–2 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, inventory, customer service, manufacturing, or supply chain.
Robust organizational, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
Basic procurement knowledge and ERP system proficiency.
APICS/ASCM, PMAC, or equivalent certification is an asset.
