In this critical position, you will coordinate all aspects of ground handling and serve as the primary communication channel between ramp operations and customers. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide operational communications between Ramp Operations and customers
• Monitor flight activities and update daily flight records
• Coordinate all towing activities and gate changes
• Ensure resources meet operational demands
• Report unserviceable ground support equipment to maintenance
Requirements:
• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
• One year of experience in aviation ground handling preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada
• Ability to complete required safety training
