Sunbelt Rentals seeks a Strategic Customer Coordinator to provide outstanding service to Strategic Customers in equipment rental. You are the central contact, handling inquiries, processing orders, coordinating deliveries and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with the Team Leader and utilize Wynne to log interactions, monitor invoices and drive customer success. Prior customer service in rental or construction is preferred.
