Key Responsibilities:
• Create and post job advertisements on various platforms
• Maintain recruitment trackers and applicant tracking systems
• Manage the Network of Possibilities referral program
• Coordinate career fairs and campus recruitment drives
• Develop relationships with schools for talent sourcing
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in Talent Acquisition or HR
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or relevant experience
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and ATS tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Previous experience in fast-paced recruitment environments
