As the first growth marketer in a revamped go-to-market strategy, you will set and track ambitious targets. Your focus will be on leveraging AI tools to create engaging content, enhancing social following, and optimizing website conversion rates. You will work in partnership with the sales force to facilitate lead conversion into active customers.
Key Responsibilities: • Achieve weekly targets for visitors, signups,
and inbound MQLs • Create high-quality content for multiple channels • Build and manage SkyWatch's social media presence • Oversee website content and conversion optimization • Develop and run co-marketing programs with partners
Requirements: • 5-7 years in growth or product marketing • Proven experience utilizing AI for marketing growth • Strong portfolio showcasing effective content • Familiar with product analytics tools and CMS systems • Willingness to work onsite in Kitchener part time
