Stacey Danley at Aplin has partnered with a manufacturing facility on the east side of Winnipeg in their search for an Accounting Clerk. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional who enjoys working with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Responsibilities: Prepare all vendor invoices by matching purchase orders and receiving slips, coding and entry into accounting system
Prepare all invoices and process all payments from customers
Reconciliation of vendor statements and freight account
Reconciliation of company credit cards
Maintain customer and vendor price lists
Prepare daily deposits including bank, credit card and electronic receipts
Qualifications: 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced accounting or bookkeeping role
A mix of experience and post-secondary education may be considered
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook
Detail-oriented and organized with a strong ability to multi-task
High level of accuracy and ability to meet deadlines




Strong problem-solving and research skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting
