This role requires a motivated qualified with substantial experience in surface land acquisition and right-of-way negotiations. You will collaborate closely with landowners, project teams, and stakeholders, securing essential surface rights for multi-year project development. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills, managing multiple acquisition files independently while maintaining effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support surface land acquisition across Western Canada
• Manage and coordinate land acquisition activities for projects




• Conduct outreach and establish relationships with landowners
• Negotiate required surface rights and agreements
• Review and interpret land documentation for accuracy

Requirements:
• Experience as a Surface Land Agent or similar
• Strong understanding of land acquisition processes
• Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to interpret technical project documentation
• Relevant post-secondary education in land administration
