As a Personal Support Worker at UHN, you will be part of an inter-skilled care team focused on patient well-being. Your role involves assisting patients with feeding, bathing, and hygiene while ensuring safety and maintaining records. This position is temporary, full-time, and plays a critical role in enhancing patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing and feeding
• Perform delegated tasks under RN or RPN supervision
• Communicate with patients according to their care plans
• Report unsafe conditions and patient changes to healthcare providers
• Maintain patient records as per hospital policies

Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited PSW program
• Current registration with HSCPOA
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Experience in acute care or rehabilitation is an asset
• Ability to perform daily physical tasks
