You’ll oversee both classroom and e-learning sessions, ensuring that all staff are knowledgeable about eligibility requirements, case management techniques, and departmental policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver Ontario Works training programs
• Assess training needs of staff and evaluate learning outcomes




• Schedule and facilitate training sessions effectively
• Maintain quality checks on employees' work performance
• Develop and evaluate training materials and assessments

Requirements:
• Degree in Social Work or related field
• Completed Ontario Works Worker training
• Experience in training and adult learning
• Advanced knowledge of Ontario Works legislation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and training technologies
