As a 3D FX Lead, you will harness over five years of experience in effects simulations while guiding a talented group of artists. Your leadership will ensure the highest standards of quality in visual effects, enhancing both natural and supernatural environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and guide the 3D FX team toward effective problem solving
• Create technically demanding hero effects for cinematic scenes
• Collaborate with the FX Supervisor on task assignments




• Work with the Pipeline team to resolve high-level technical challenges
• Maintain a smooth workflow across departments

Requirements:
• 5+ years in creating film or game effects
• Proficient in Houdini, Maya, and Nuke Compositing
• Deep understanding of the 3D animation pipeline
• Legal eligibility to work in British Columbia
• Knowledge of Flow Production Tracking is a plus
