As a Production Supervisor, you’ll report to the Plating and Staging Manager. Your mission includes creating weekly production plans, ensuring execution, and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker and effective problem-solver with relevant management experience in the Food & Beverage sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create weekly production documents for staging and production
• Drive customer experience through low error rates
• Monitor daily activities and ensure high standards




• Implement production cost techniques with the team
• Conduct daily readiness checks and maintain safety compliance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or related management experience
• 2-3 years in production management, preferably in food distribution
• Proficiency in MS Excel and G-Suite Apps
• Solid leadership and time management skills
• Innovative and self-motivated approach
