Performance Infiniti Brampton is looking for a Leasing Manager to join their agile team!

Here's what you'll deliver:

Advise customers of lease options.





Answer customer leasing inquiries over the phone and/or in the dealership on a daily basis.

Complete paperwork for payouts and financing for customer buyouts.

Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.

Maintain contact with customers on a timely basis and in a professional manner.

Account for all documents; ensure that none are missing.

Be thoroughly familiar with all products, including features, specifications, prices, colors, options, and standard equipment. Participate in any and all product training available.

Establish and enforce product-knowledge standards.

Set appointments and resell leases that are coming to an end.

Actively support, encourage, and motivate sales personnel daily to maintain high morale.

Comply with strict regulations and requirements of the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC).

Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.

Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures.

Other duties as required by management.

What you need to succeed:

High School Diploma or GED is required.

Minimum of 2-3 years automotive retail experience.

OMVIC Certification required.

Dealer CRM system experience is required.

Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.

Flexibility to adapt to constantly changing business.

Strong computer skills, proficient in G-suite and Microsoft Excel.

Outstanding verbal and written
