Are you a journeyman refrigeration technician looking for a company that takes care of its technicians? At Bativac, you hit the road in a new, fully equipped, well-organized service truck. You get your schedule in advance, your parts are ready, and a service coordinator handles the logistics. You focus on what you do best: diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining.

What you’ll do

Perform preventive maintenance on commercial and institutional refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, and HVAC systems (rooftop units, heat pumps, air handling units, VRF, split systems, make-up air units, etc.)

Diagnose and repair breakdowns, including on service calls and emergencies

Commission systems and replace components

Write clear service reports and recommend upcoming work

Provide courteous, professional service to customers
