Acturis, a leading Software-as-a-Service provider, is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to enhance client support. This role involves providing technical assistance and developing data solutions in a hybrid model from Victoria, BC.
As an Experienced Technical Business Analyst at Acturis, you will work with clients to ensure seamless integration of reporting systems. Your role will focus on utilizing the Acturis Toolkit to extract data and solve client issues, while collaborating closely with IT teams. You’ll also design reporting solutions and manage projects from inception to rollout.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for integrated client reporting systems
• Develop and maintain the Acturis Toolkit using PowerShell
• Investigate and resolve client data issues with internal teams
• Specify Acturis-hosted reporting solutions and data structures
• Lead client projects through development and testing
Requirements:
• Degree in Math, Physics, Engineering, or STEM discipline
• 2-3 years experience in insurance or software industry
• Solid communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in computer applications like Word and Excel
• Ability to manage projects and tasks to completion
