This full-time permanent role involves leading the implementation and improvement of the Hospital's quality management and Point of Care Testing programs. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain quality management systems
• Monitor quality indicators and prepare management reports
• Coordinate quality control for POCT devices




• Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements
• Facilitate training and orientation for new staff

Requirements:
• Graduate of a Medical Laboratory Technologist program
• Current registration with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario
• Point of Care Testing Specialist Certificate
• Minimum two years in Quality Management and POCT
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
