Key Responsibilities:
• Design learning materials using adult learning principles

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• Proven experience in learning and development practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with Learning Management Systems
• Ability to lift materials up to 25 kilograms
