Salary Range: $40,000.00- $80,000.00/yearly
About The Current Open Role
Roy Foss Motors - Thornhill is looking for a Parts Advisor to be the backbone of our parts department,supporting retail customers, wholesale accounts, and our internal servicetechnicians with expert knowledge and high-energy service.

What We're Looking For

Efficiently help customers select parts and provideinternal and external customers (retail & shop) with high qualityservice; identifying and ordering the correct parts

Answer telephone calls,



provide price quotes any otherinformation needed

Take orders for parts by telephone, technician counter,retail counter and wholesale accounts

Receive payments from retail customers

Handle customer concerns immediately and according tothe dealerships guidelines.

Stock items by unpacking, arranging, and placing itemsin bins and on shelves; adjusting inventory system and assuring all safetyrisks

Manage inventory and maintain stock levels

Delivery of parts to wholesale accounts

Other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager

Must be available to work Saturdays in accordance with dealership operating hours

What You'll Bring

At least 1 year of Automotive Parts experience

Experience using a DMS – Reynolds and Reynolds inparticular is an asset

Excellent interpersonal skills with an upbeat andengaging attitude

Strong verbal communication and writing skills

Organized with a strong attention to detail

Ability to follow set and standard procedures

Excellent time management skills and the ability tomulti-task

Ability to work independently and take self-initiative

Basic computer skills and a comfort with learning newsoftware and systems

Strong knowledge of automotive parts andtechnical/mechanical repairs
