Position Overview
Dilawri Group of Companies isactively searching for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join theteam!

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Processvendor invoices and payments accurately andinatimelymanner.

Reconciliationsofvendoraccounts to statements.

Reconcilefloor plans,warranty schedules and accounts.

Processand reconcile intercompany accounts.

Responsiblefor effectively communicating,



assisting, and collaborating with allinternal and external clients and vendors. Take ownership of issues andensure a successful resolution.

Generaladministrative tasks as assigned.

Otheraccounting department duties as required.

Qualifications Required

AccountsPayableexperience is an assetand preference given to candidates with previous automotive dealershipaccounting experience.

Proficiency in Excel is required.

Experience with CDKdealer managementsoftware is preferred.

Must have a proven ability to prioritizetasksand effectively maintain a schedule that is driven by monthlydeadlines.

Excellent written and oral communication skillswith a professional work ethic

Training and support within the role will beprovided.
