In this role, you will lead internal communication initiatives that resonate with Securitas Canada's core values and mission. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to design impactful campaigns, craft engaging content, and champion equity and inclusion across all communications. Your expertise will ensure that messaging aligns across Canadian markets and reflects our commitment to diversity.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in internal communications
• Strong English writing and editing skills
• Experience with employee engagement programs preferred
• Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
