Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and evaluate patient care needs
• Implement care plans and modify as needed
• Communicate directly with the Most Responsible Physician (MRP)




• Provide education to patients and families based on RPN scope
• Ensure all duties are performed safely and effectively

Requirements:
• Graduate of approved Registered Practical Nurse Program
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• 3-5 years of nursing experience
• BCLS certification, updated annually
• Robust communication and critical thinking skills
