• Complete nightly dispatch functions and update bus schedules
• Support real-time scheduling adjustments and operational continuity

• Communicate updates to drivers and operations leadership
• Maintain compliance with Hours of Service regulations

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of dispatch or scheduling experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dispatch systems
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Bilingualism in English/French considered an asset
