In this full time role, you will report to the Maintenance Supervisor, contributing to the seamless daily operations of our property. You’ll perform essential maintenance tasks, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and address resident service requests. A hands-on position where your work makes a real impact!

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete timely service requests for in-suite and common areas
• Perform maintenance tasks including repairs and turnovers
• Conduct appliance and plumbing repairs as needed
• Maintain grounds and report budget-impacting issues
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and cleaning duties

Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year maintenance experience
• Flexibility for on-call shifts (evenings & weekends)
• Proficient in basic tools and maintenance skills
• WHMIS certification preferred
