In this impactful position, you will focus on the Women in Tech and Trades Initiative at Algonquin College. You will collaborate with the Algonquin Centre for Construction Excellence and various schools to plan and implement engaging events aimed at supporting women in their career journeys. Your role will include organizing networking events, managing program budgets, and ensuring effective communication with donors and students.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute donor-funded on-campus events
• Develop networking activities and outreach programs




• Track budgets for initiatives effectively
• Liaise with donors to ensure program success
• Produce marketing materials and event communications

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in project/event management
• At least three years of event coordination experience
• Solid organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience working with diverse student groups
• Commitment to maintaining student confidentiality
