We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist for a 2-month assignment in Suffolk. You will manage complex caseloads, assess mobility and falls risk, and design functional rehabilitation programs. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you’ll lead discharge planning and support junior staff while ensuring accurate clinical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex older adult caseloads independently
• Assess mobility, transfers, and falls risk
• Develop short-term rehabilitation programs and evaluate progress
• Coordinate protected discharge plans and community referrals
• Maintain detailed clinical records for continuity of care
Requirements:
• Experience in rehabilitation occupational therapy
• Strong assessment and planning skills
