Our client assists and represents victims of workplace and motor vehicle accidents in their claims and proceedings before the CNESST and SAAQ, helping them assert their rights and obtain the compensation to which they are entitled. PROGARDE is looking to hire a litigation lawyer to support its growth and respond to increasing operational needs. The successful candidate, who will act as the organization's designated representative with the Barreau du Québec, will primarily handle matters involving the SAAQ, CNESST, the Tribunal administratif du travail (TAT) and the Tribunal administratif du Québec (TAQ).This position is intended for a professional who can work independently within a multidisciplinary environment, represent clients with diligence and professionalism, and contribute to the quality of service provided to a vulnerable clientele.Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:Managing and overseeing files involving administrative law, particularly matters related to the SAAQ and CNESST Assurer la prise en charge et le suivi de dossiers en matière de droit administratif, plus particulièrement en matière de SAAQ et de CNESSTRepresenting clients and arguing cases before the Tribunal administratif du travail (TAT) and the Tribunal administratif du Québec (TAQ)Meeting with clients, assessing their needs, and providing professional guidance throughout their caseReviewing files and providing legal opinions based on information and analyses prepared internallyAdvising clients on potential strategies, courses of action, and available remediesWorking closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes professionals providing medical support, case management,
