Crystal Clean Maintenance Ltd. is a family-owned commercial cleaning company with over 60 years of experience serving businesses across the Maritimes. Our services include commercial janitorial cleaning and specialized commercial kitchen cleaning.

Crystal Clean Maintenance Ltd. is seeking a motivated, professional, and results-driven Sales Associate to develop new business opportunities throughout the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) and surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will promote our commercial janitorial and kitchen cleaning services, generate new leads, build client relationships, prepare proposals, and contribute to the company's sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout HRM and surrounding areas.

Promote commercial janitorial cleaning and kitchen cleaning services.

Build relationships with businesses, property managers, facility managers, and other decision-makers.

Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and in-person visits.

Identify prospective customers and qualify sales opportunities.





Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements.

Follow up with prospective clients, negotiate terms, and help close sales.

Maintain accurate client information, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Coordinate with operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.

Track sales opportunities and provide regular pipeline updates.

Work toward achieving established sales targets.

Requirements
Qualifications

Previous experience in sales, business development, B2B sales, commercial cleaning, or facility services is an asset.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to generate leads and develop recent business independently.

Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.

Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and visiting commercial clients.

Basic computer skills; CRM experience is an asset.

Valid Class 5 driver's licence and reliable transportation required.

Ability to travel throughout HRM and surrounding areas.

Territory
The primary territory includes Halifax, Dartmouth, Bedford, and surrounding communities within the Halifax Regional Municipality.

Competitive base salary plus commission.
