Live-in person or couple to caretake a Strata Complex on the Quay in Current Westminster.
Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning common areas
- Minor maintenance and repairs to common areas
- Responding to on-call emergencies
- Being a team player
- Some painting
- Power washing
- Removal of ice and snow as needed
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in cleaning and minor maintenance
Compensation:
- Subsidized 2-bedroom suite
- Wage to compensate with experience ($60,000 - $70,000 per year)
