Key Responsibilities:
• Execute routine repairs on electrical and plumbing systems
• Conduct minor carpentry and maintain grounds
• Inspect premises regularly for maintenance and safety




• Adhere to safety rules and organizational procedures
• Support housekeeping duties alongside maintenance tasks

Requirements:
• Ability to follow instructions in English
• Capable of performing physical duties including heavy lifting
• Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs
• Detail-oriented with budget management skills
• Willing to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
