Spanning the Bingo Hall to restaurants and gaming areas, your role will include taking orders, upselling, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding guest service aligned with brand standards
• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the working area
• Set and clear tables promptly for next guests
• Balance sales receipts and assist in inventory control
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• Valid Alberta Pro Serve Certificate needed
• 1-2 years of server experience in fast-paced venues
• Proficient in using POS systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
