The employer is seeking a reliable and organized Home Support Worker to assist with household duties, including laundry, clothing and linen repairs, light housekeeping, cooking, and meal preparation. The successful candidate will help maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable home environment while supporting the daily needs of the household members.

Position: HOME SUPPORT WORKER

Number of Vacancies: 1

Job Type: Full-time, Term or Contract

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Hours: 40 hours per week

Work Schedule: Morning and Day

Work Location: Employer’s home, Saint-Laurent, QC H4M 2X1

Language of Work: English or French

Wage: $19.27 per hour

Benefits: Transportation provided by the employer and travel insurance.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Washing and laundering clothing and household linens.





Mending and repairing clothing and household linens as needed.

Performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized home.

Preparing and serving nutritious meals.

Cooking meals according to the household’s needs.

Supporting the daily household routine and helping maintain a comfortable living workplace.

Job Requirements

Education:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience:

1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.

Language:

English or French.

Work Setting

Work in the employer’s home.

Work must be completed at the physical location. Remote work is not available.

Optional live-in accommodation is available at no charge. Living in the employer’s home is not a condition of employment.
