- Grow existing accounts and identify new sales opportunities.
- Present products, demonstrate solutions, and close deals.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and follow through on commitments.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and sales campaigns.
- Plan your own schedule, routes, and customer visits.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and an active sales pipeline.
- Work with Service Advisors and branch teams to support customers.
- Stay informed about our products, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Participate in sales meetings, training, and industry events.
How We Measure Success
- New customers and sales opportunities generated.
- Sales revenue and account growth.
- Face-to-face customer visits.
- Opportunity conversion and follow-through.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of B2B field sales experience, ideally in automotive, heavy-duty, industrial, or related industries.
- Proven success in prospecting, winning new business, and meeting sales targets.
- Confidence walking into businesses and starting conversations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to manage your own schedule.
- Experience using a CRM, such as Salesforce.
- Valid driver's licence and a driving record acceptable to our insurer.
- Willingness to travel throughout your assigned region (Winnipeg and the greater area), with occasional additional travel.
Assets: Knowledge of diesel aftertreatment systems, DPFs, or commercial fleets. Business or sales-related education.
