With more than 5 years of personal lines insurance experience required, you will conduct performance reviews, run team meetings, and support new hires. Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor a team of Personal Lines Account Managers
• Conduct monthly performance and quality reviews

Requirements:
• 5+ years in Personal Lines Insurance
• Leadership or management experience
• Active RIBO license required
